FontFlex Object-Based Simplicity
FontFlex technology integrates the basic objects of font management—fonts, sets, users, groups, font licenses and directories—into a firm foundation for enterprise font management. You can then invite users, and import and assign fonts. FontAgent Server does the rest, ensuring that everyone gets the fonts and sets they’re supposed to have, and that you stay in compliance with your font licenses.
All-New, Modern Interface
The FontAgent client lets users preview fonts in their choice of text and colors using Table, List, Player, Compare and Glyph views. The viewers present font slide shows, waterfalls, paragraphs, comparisons, and glyph sets. The connected client also supports font auto-activation for Adobe Creative Cloud, QuarkXPress and scores of other desktop applications.
FontDNA: Unrivaled Font Integrity and Metadata Insight
FontAgent servers and clients include FontDNA, Insider’s new font-integrity engine that uses 28 properties to fingerprint fonts, and eliminate corrupt and duplicate ones—so your documents render and print precisely, and so you enjoy top performance. FontDNA also exposes all available font metadata including font names, formats, styles, metrics, filenames, locations, activation, ratings, comments—and makes all of it easy to view and search.
Admin-Anywhere Simplicity
Admins use the new browser-based Server Manager to manage fonts, sets, users, groups, licenses, and distribution permissions with point-and-click simplicity. Using those FontFlex objects, the server syncs each user’s fonts and sets the next time they connect to the server.
Track Real-Time Usage and License
To ensure license compliance and control costs, server admins can view real-time details about fonts, their associated licenses and who is using them. They can track license agreements, purchase histories and seat counts, receive alerts when they over-assign fonts and fall out of compliance.
Always Available, Always Efficient
Users are productive at all times, whether they are connected or not, and even if the server is offline. Advanced I/O multi-threading minimizes network traffic and maximizes performance. Fast, incremental updates use minimal bandwidth and support slow connections with remote users.
Directory Integration
New smart support for Active, Open and LDAP directory services lets you integrate with enterprise directories in minutes and control who can upload and distribute fonts, create users and groups, manage licenses and view font-usage data.

Choice of Cloud or On-Premise Deployment
FontAgent Server is available as a cloud-based, per-user subscription service, or via a traditional on-premise software license on an in-house networked server.
Cloud pricing is $89 per user per year and includes free server and client software upgrades plus server hosting and support. Current Cloud customers are entitled to free upgrades.
On-premise pricing for the server is $1,895 plus $149 per user and includes one year of software maintenance and support. Upgrade pricing is available for current on-premise customers using FontAgent Server 6.
