Define Cascading Font Sets

Create font sets fast and efficiently

FontAgent® Pro lets you define font sets, which are logical associations of fonts that help you manage your projects and save system resources. You can create and modify sets easily by dragging font names from any library or set window. And FontAgent Pro's flexibility doesn't end there, enabling you to include individual fonts in any number of sets, and allowing your sets to span any number of libraries.

Create cascading sets within sets

FontAgent Pro even allows you to create sets within sets. Regain control of your fonts by organizing them in sets that help you find what you need quickly and easily. For example, you can create a set for a client and within that set create sets for individual projects associated with that client.

Simplify project and desktop management

Font sets make managing projects and documents a snap. Using them, you can open and manage all the fonts required for a specific client, project, document, or application. After you have defined a set, you can manage those fonts as a logical group, so you can activate, deactivate, move, export and manage all of the fonts in a set with a single command.

In addition, everyone using your computer might have a set of fonts that they like to have available at all times. By defining a set containing those fonts, they will always be ready when they are needed.

Activate just the fonts you need

The most common use of font sets is to activate only those fonts you need at any time, so you save system resources and speed performance. By grouping fonts into custom sets, you make it easy to activate and deactivate all the fonts in the set. With FontAgent Pro's extensive set management at your fingertips, it's up to you.
